Click here to sign our on-line guest book.  Reservation and Cancellation PolicyReservations are confirmed when a deposit of 50% of total booking is received within 10 days after booking. Confirmation will be made by email once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If making reservations within 45 days of your arrival, full payment will be required at time of booking. Payment for rentals is by check or money order. Sorry we do not accept credit cards. Cancellation of a booking at any time after receipt of initial deposit will result in forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit unless the unit can be re-booked for the same time period at the same rate. Cancellation within 45 days of arrival will result in 100% loss of paid amounts unless the unit can be re-booked for the same time period at the same rate of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. There will be a $50 cancellation fee applied to all refunds. To protect against cancellations due to unforeseen events, we recommend
that guests purchase travel insurance. Rates and Policies are subject
to change at any time. |

16 miles east of Kaunakakai, Hale Puko'o offers
all the refined amenities for a couple or a small
